Who I am:
Introductions first off! Hi! My name's Rico. I've worked in the IT industry for more than 10 years supporting a wide range of businesses in varying sectors such as education, care, manufacturing, power generation and many more.
This has lead me to have an unusually broad spectrum of experience with exposure to many technologies. I specialise in server/computer management, process improvement and crisis resolution. With steel strong skills in troubleshooting, communication and knowledge of many technologies I also have a secondary specialisation in generalised helpdesk support.
Computers are like many things, a tool, and tools need to work. When they don't work, you can lose time, money, even clients. To some however, they may as well be witchcraft, even when they ARE working properly! That's where I come in.
Having worked with a variety of business owners I am abundantly aware that time is money, and delays of any kind can set you back significantly.
I've also learned that when issues do arise, it's almost always at the most inopportune moment and a speedy resolution can be the difference between making a profit or loss for the day.
